These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of prop expert and its website/application located at https://propexpert.in/ (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding electronic contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, prop expert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to prop expert in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
16. Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, complaints regarding the Service may be addressed to our Grievance Officer at hema@propexpert.in. We endeavour to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
17. Changes to Terms
prop expert reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause below (if applicable), the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Any dispute shall first be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat and venue of arbitration at Hyderabad, and proceedings conducted in English.
